Dear friends and family,
We plan to temporarily close our office until April 6 (tentatively) and do our part to help protect our patients and our staff and slow down the transmission of COVID-19 through our community based on the recommendations of local, state, and federal health officials.
We are a small family business. We love what we do. Our patients. The service. The relationships that we build. We are committed to the well-being of everyone to remain healthy and safe.
Although our physical location is closed, we will be available to assist in any way we are able to, by calling our office phone and leaving a message, emailing us at eyesightoptometry@gmail.com, or by visiting us at eyesightsolutions.net. We will be able to answer general questions, help you order contact lenses, and schedule appointments. Our office will be checking our messages regularly and responding as soon as we receive them.Should an eye-related emergency arise, we will be available for on-call needs. Please call the emergency phone line 408-647-0567 and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
The health and safety of our patients and our staff is our top priority. We hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy and safe during this time. We will get through this. We look forward to opening our doors again and reconnecting with you.
